Let us know as much as you wish, and based off your parameters, allow us to intuitively design the perfect pendulum for you.
- All Pendulums include real stones, but may also include some bone, glass, wood, or plastic beads for decorative purposes to fit the style, overall aesthetic, & energy of the piece. (Please know that no two beads are the exact same, so there will be slight variations)
- All Pendulums have a durable jump ring at the top. The jump ring allows for an easier hold when using it, but to also allow you to hang up your pendulum & display it when its not in use!
- When describing the end piece you would like, please provide a backup option in case we are out of stock. We will notify you to see if you would like your backup option, or prefer to wait until we have that particular end piece back in stock (keep in mind: if you would like to wait, this will delay your delivery time, but we will keep you updated each step of the way!)

Your Pendulum comes with a lifetime free fix warranty.
For as long as I am able to, you can always send your pendulum back to be fixed for free if:
- the chain breaks
- or a decorative stone along the chain breaks.
