 CODE OF CONDUCT & RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

 

  • Ace By Energy Emporium (Park Avenue Location only) is a child-free space. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 13 IS PERMITTED. This is to provide an enriching establishment for the child-free community, parents who need time for themselves, and serve as a safe space for teenagers. 

  • Ace By Energy Emporium is LGBTQ friendly. Bullying will not be tolerated. 

  • Ace By Energy Emporium is a body positive environment. Body Shaming will not be tolerated. 

  • Ace By Energy Emporium is world friendly. Racism will not be tolerated. 

  • Ace By Energy Emporium is socioeconomically supportive. Classism will not be tolerated. 

  • Ace By Energy Emporium is religiously & spiritually diverse to cater to all beliefs & systems. Slander against others beliefs and/or coerced conversion will not be tolerated.

  • Ace By Energy Emporium is education friendly & supports free speech. Discussions of politics will be left to members to converse or debate amongst themselves in respectful manners and understand that the Ace By Energy Emporium staff will not be brought into or engage in such conversations, but rather to curate a safe space for everyone to be heard if such conversations do arise amongst members and patrons. 

 

I acknowledge the rules of conduct and engagement listed above are to be upheld and respected by myself, the Ace By Energy Emporium staff, and other members or patrons of the community that participate at Ace By Energy Emporium. ​

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

 

Policies are subject to change and are responsive to governmental regulation and conditions facing Arkansas communities.

 

Participants registered for services, classes, courses, workshops, seminars, and guest appearance opportunities with Ace By Energy Emporium shall check themselves for the following symptoms of COVID-19, Flu, and RSV, prior to traveling to Ace By Energy Emporium and its designated spaces: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. Participants that exhibit these symptoms shall notify Ace By Energy Emporium immediately upon discovery and shall refrain from attending on site interactions until clearance of non contagion has been approved by your healthcare professional or symptoms subsided.

 

Participants who exhibit symptoms of illness when engaged in activities at Ace By Energy Emporium or its designated facilities may be required to wear a mask (provided by Ace By Energy Emporium) covering both airways for the duration of their time on site, and may be required to exit the premises until symptoms have subsided. Participants or Parents/Guardians of children with medical conditions (including respiratory ailments that may prevent the wearing of a mask or that shall require the use of an asthmatic inhaler) must notify Ace By Energy Emporium of these conditions in writing by email to ace@acexenergy.com in advance of their participation in services, classes, courses, workshops, seminars, and guest appearance opportunities at Ace By Energy Emporium.

 

  • Participants are encouraged to apply a safe, alcohol-based hand sanitizer at the direction of Ace By Energy Emporium staff.

 

  • Ace By Energy Emporium and its designated facilities may restrict entry to registered participants for services, classes, courses, workshops, seminars, and guest appearance opportunities.

 

  • Ace By Energy Emporium  reserves the right to update its policies at any time or as deemed appropriate or necessary by city or state government or public health guidance or directive.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK POLICY

 

Although outside food and drink are permitted, I acknowledge and respect the necessary use of facilities, and understand my responsibility to keep the areas clean in the event of spills, to dispose of any trash, and understand that furniture or linens are not to be used as napkins. Any large messes shall be reported to Ace By Energy Emporium staff for proper cleaning protocol. I acknowledge that these rules also apply for the complimentary catering of events that happen at Ace By Energy Emporium.
